Nursing Homes and Retirement Villages have been identified by Clancy Construction as a key growth area. We have already gained significant experience to date and a number of other projects are at an advanced stage. Projects include Retirement Villages, which are primarily residential and mixed developments which entail both residential and advanced care facilities.
